Database
- 6 to 9 years of experience in software delivery, with at least 3 years leading complex IT projects/initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Business-related field.
- Ability to perform technical analysis of sophisticated applications
- Strong Database Engineer with Snap logic/Informatica experience
- Experience in writing complex Stored Procedures and Queries
- Experience with Oracle, MS-SQL.
- A quick learner and willing to take initiative.
- Experience in communicating technical needs and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and partners
- Proven hands on experience running technology initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Ability to successfully deliver mid to large-scale initiatives by empowering and supporting your team and by helping to identify and remove impediments.
- Collaborative approach to problem solving and your ability to adapt plans based on organizational dynamics and constraints
- Can organize and present ideas and information logically and concisely to a variety of audiences, including both technical and non-technical individuals
