Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Desktop Support for an opportunity with a client located in Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the roll out of new hardware, including software installation and device migration
  • Provide technical support for Windows OS, Microsoft Office, mobile devices, Citrix, and Cisco networking
  • Handle troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for business partners

Requirements:

  • Relevant internship or professional experience in IT support, troubleshooting, or customer service
  • Strong planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and adapt to change
