Job Description

• Windows 10 experience
• Citrix experience
• Virtual Machine support experience
• Large Enterprise background experience
• MS Teams experience
• Troubleshooting – finding the root cause and what the solutions is
• Windows 11 experience

Preferred Skills

• PowerShell scripting and mobile support are both nice to have
• Mac OS support experience is also a nice to have
