Job description
Title: UI/UX Developer
Location – Dallas TX- Hybrid Model

In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences for our customers. You will work closely with developers, and product teams to translate user needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design, strong technical skills, and an eye for detail.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in UX development, UI design, or front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular framework.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Knowledge of user experience best practices, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Understanding of version control systems like Git and experience working in an Agile development environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Developers and product teams to develop user-centered designs that align with business goals.
- Translate wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups into fully functional and responsive web pages and applications.
- Develop and maintain front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular framework.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve the user experience.
- Ensure the design and user experience is optimized for a variety of devices, screen sizes, and platforms.
- Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flows between front-end and back-end systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, optimize performance, and ensure accessibility standards are met.
- Provide input on the overall direction of the digital product and contribute to the team’s agile process by participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
