Documentation Analyst

Job Title: Documentation Specialist

Location: Grand Island, NY

Contract : (4+ months initial contract)

Pay Range: $20-22/hr
Work Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:00 pm – 6:30 am (5th Shift)
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to join our team on a 4-month contract basis. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality by ensuring accurate product inspection and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect products and product labeling to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain accurate electronic and physical documentation of inspections.
Use MS Office programs (Word, Excel) to input and manage data.
Ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP).

Collaborate with quality assurance teams and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED with 1-3 years of relevant experience OR
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Visual inspection and/or product labeling experience required.
Prior work in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, Excel).

• Preference on previous work experiences industry? Work in Pharma desired, any will be of help
• Education background requirement: Minimum of HS/GED with 1-3 years of experience / Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
