Job description
Title – Donor Recruiter
Location: Vista CA
Duration: 12+ months
Pay range: $33-35/hr
Summary: Responsible for recruitment of plasma donors using various marketing strategies. Perform pre-screening of donors to determine suitability.
Primary responsibilities:
* Contact potential donors and request copies of their lab results to review for suitability (outbound calls)
* Contact various Physician, clinics, hospitals and support groups to establish recruiting collaboration in identifying participants
* Pre-screen donors and collect pertinent information to determine suitability
* Schedule donors for additional testing, when required
* Take inbound calls from potential donors and answer questions about the various donation programs and donation process.
* Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as requested by the supervisor
* Coordinate and handle specimen/samples for testing arrangements with internal and external laboratories
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills
* Use & knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to reach out to potential donors
* Must have basic computer skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisor and upper management
* Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
Education: High school graduate or GED required
Experience: Should have phone experience, preferably in high call volume office or call center
