Job Title: Escrow Processor

Location: Meyers, FL 33966

Duration: 3 Months + Possibility of extension

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr – $23.75/hr

Job Summary:

Job Role:

• The job responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: packages and sends paperwork on escrow transactions to buyers, sellers, agents and lenders.
• Opens title orders, obtains legal and vesting, send paperwork to title for review.
• Orders and follows-up on payoff demands, homeowners assn. demands and other title liens.
• Handles daily banking and places orders for supplies.
