Location: Denver CO 80202
Duration: 12 Months
This specific role is required to be fulfilled onsite 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)
As a Global Information Security (GIS) Office Assistant, you will be performing duties to support 3 – 4 executives as well as general oversight of GIS office space for the Denver market.
Office Assistant responsibilities include but not limited to:
Administrative support including managing and coordination of daily schedule and calendaring for multiple GIS executives
Executive travel coordination for domestic and international needs (hotel, flight, transportation bookings)
Expense management for self and executives
Planning and coordination of employee engagement events ranging in size form large to small
Manage building access for employees and visitors
Management and procurement of office technology and maintenance needs
Ordering and maintaining general office supply inventories (headsets, hardware, pens, paper, breakroom supplies, etc.)
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all safety standards are met
Required experience to include:
3+ years Executive Administrative Support supporting multiple executives simultaneously
Travel, expense, and calendar management
General office Management
Preferred experience to include:
MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook calendaring)
