Job Title: Experience Design Specialist 5-(Product MGMT AI)

Location: Charlotte NC 28262 & Irving, Texas

Duration: 6-12 month (Possibility of extension)

Pay range: $50-$56

Job Description:

• We’re seeking a highly organized contractor to support the development of our AI-powered sales enablement platform. This person will partner with subject matter experts across Product, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Operations and more to create and maintain AI prompts and related source materials to form a library of uses cases for the platform.

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative experience design business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.

Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Skills

• Intermediate to advanced AI competency and practical adoption of AI tools in design
• SharePoint expertise for collaboration, content management
• Minimum of 5+ Years of hands-on experience in experience design e.g. UX/UI

Nice to Have Skills:

• 5+ Years Product Management Experience

• Financial and/or Merchant Services background
• UX Web Design Experience
• Self sufficient and proactive with innovative ideas and solutions
• Proven Ability of Time Management and advanced stakeholder Communication abilities
• Superior project management, stakeholder management and strong technical competencies to work with AI prompts/MS Copilot and SharePoint UX/UI design.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple AI content projects simultaneously
• Interview subject experts to gather source materials and identify documentation gaps
• Organize and integrate content for effective AI grounding and user experience
• Identify opportunities for new AI prompts and use cases across the business

Qualifications

• Experience working with or creating AI prompts, workflows, or knowledge bases
• Heavy usage of AI tools or platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) and an understanding of how to evaluate output quality
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and organizational abilities
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and influence across teams
