Job Title: Facilities Services Technician

Location: Palm Beach FL 33406

Duration: 3 to 6 Months Contract (ONSITE)

Job Summary:

This onsite position is perfect for those with a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a desire to build a stable, rewarding career in facilities maintenance. Initially a contract role, this opportunity is designed to transition into a full-time position, complete with a company vehicle and tools to support your success.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years in general building maintenance or facilities work
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors
• Dependable with strong work ethic and attendance

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in commercial, apartment, hotel, or property maintenance
• Background working within government or hospital facilities
• Ability to assist with preventative maintenance and larger projects

Preferred Education and Experience:

• 2-5 years of related maintenance experience
• Proven reliability and professionalism
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks and environments

Other Requirements:

• Reliable transportation for travel between facilities during the workday
• A proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
