HRIS Analyst or VERY strong HR Coordinator
Job description
The Contract HRIS Analyst will support the maintenance of the human resource management system (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This position serves as a point of contact for human resources and assists with ensuring data entry, data integrity, data reporting and documentation on standard processes within the system. The Contract HRIS analyst also supports SuccessFactors upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Serve as system liaison between Human Resources, IT and Payroll and business clients
- Manage HRIS data by setting up new hires, transferring employees, and maintaining integrity
- Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
- Main point of contact for monthly, annual and ad-hoc reporting of turnover, headcount,
- Support HRIS end-user through one-on-one support and prepare job aids, i.e., user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
- Onboard employees and contractors using position management structure
- Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
- Train clients on new processes/functionality
- Serve as overall point of contact and responsible for the Governance of the system’s database
- Provide application support/maintenance, as needed, by trouble shooting issues, proposing solutions and implementing/deploying solutions, policy changes
- Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll). Use project management skills in managing projects
- Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools
- Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
- Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS upgrades or patches and document process and results
- Other HRIS duties as assigned, such as process mapping and Business Analyst duties
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of HRIS /HRMS platform
- Systems implementation experience
- Experience with HR Systems/ Applications (i.e.: SuccessFactors, SAP)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, using vLookup, pivot tables, etc.
