Pay rate: $30.00 – $33.00 hourly on W2
JOB SUMMARY

- Work with assigned locations in a high volume environment where you will review applications of employment, contact qualified candidates to complete required questionnaires, and conduct virtual interviews.
- Make hiring decisions for entry level candidates
- Virtual phone screens with non-entry level candidates to send forward to hiring managers
- Schedule on-site and virtual interviews
- Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned locations to drive the types of applicants who turn into hires
- Support recruiting related projects with the business
- Maintain a working knowledge of HR policies and procedures to be able to communicate with departments on HR and company initiatives, particularly those related to recruiting
- Exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow through, prioritization and sense of urgency

Contract / Full Time : Initially 90 days but if the candidate exceed the given metrics would be possible extension or hired in FT role

No more than 5 years of experience
Experience in recruitment and iCIMS Tracking
Recruiter would also do Intake Meeting
10 interviews day by day all back to back
Write good feedback decision
Repetitive role
Majority of your time : In seat
Update about : HR Policy ( They give training)
Should be Self Sufficient
