Title – Logistics Analyst
Work Location: Valdosta GA 31601
Duration: 12 + months
Description:
Enhances product workflow by analyzing developing & coordinating logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory.
Creates and reviews procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
May require an associate’s degree or equivalent and experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. 4-6 Years of Experience
Daily duties are mainly inventory management and load creation (picking product and filling orders).
Forklift operating experience would be very helpful since most of our operations requires it.
Attention to detail would also be helpful since some of our batch numbers and varieties are similar.
The main software we use is SAP and MS apps.
