Job Title: Mechanical Engineer II

Location: Stoughton WI (onsite)

Duration: 12+ months of contract

Must have skills : Testing, Validation Testing, Verification Testing ,Failure Mode Effects Analysis FMEA), 7-Step Problem Solving,MATLAB, Process Capability, Data Analysis.

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed working diagrams of machinery and mechanical devices, including dimensions, fastening methods, and other engineering information.
• Typically has a high school diploma or GED. Possesses technical skills, including the knowledge of design techniques and blueprint reading.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.

• 2-4 years’ experience
• Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor

Skills:

• Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability (Required)
• Team player and detail oriented (Required)
• Ability to make sketches, engineering drawings and common computations (Typically required)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports (Typically required)
• Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD) (Typically required)

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research, design, develop, manufacture, and test tools, engines, machines and other mechanical devices.
• Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals to determine time and cost feasibility to complete projects.
• Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and make recommendation to maintenance crew.
• Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products using tools, equipment or software”.
