Job Location: Remote, Prefer Florida as occasional meeting in Orlando required

Overview:

  • This position plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing ERP, HRIS, and Business Intelligence systems in a small, fast-paced team environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys both system administration and development, working across multiple business functions, and directly impacting company operations.

Job Responsibilities:
ERP & HRIS System Administration

  • Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite ERP, managing configurations, workflows, permissions, and system enhancements.Work with Accounting, Finance and internal teams for reports, training and support.
  • Administer and support HRIS (UKG preferred), ensuring system integrity and usability for HR and payroll functions.
  • Manage and troubleshoot data integrations between ERP, HRIS, and other business systems.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations teams to optimize system workflows and automate processes, owning the resolution, results and relationship.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support Finance, HR, and Operations.
  • Develop and optimize DAX formulas and Power Query transformations for real-time insights.
  • Write and refine SQL queries and SSRS reports, ensuring accurate and efficient data retrieval.
  • Extract, clean, and transform data for reporting and decision-making.

ETL & Data Management

  • Design and maintain ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and deduplication.
  • Optimize data structures for efficient reporting and analytics.
  • Microsoft Fabric experience is highly preferred for integrating and managing data workflows.

Hands-On Development & Automation (Strongly Preferred)

  • Develop and maintain C#/.NET and Blazor applications to support internal tools and automation.
  • Support API-based integrations between ERP, HRIS, and third-party applications.
  • Assist with scripting and automation to reduce manual processes and improve

Required Experience:

  • 2-3 years of NetSuite ERP administration – Configuration, workflows, user access.
  • 2-3 years of HRIS administration (UKG preferred).
  • 2-3 years of Power BI experience – Dashboard/report creation, DAX, Power Query.
  • 1-2 years of ETL experience – Data cleaning, deduplication, transformation; Microsoft Fabric highly preferred.
  • 2-3 years working with internal customers – Leading changes, supporting projects, and communicating with all levels of the organization.
  • 3-5 years of SQL & SSRS experience – Writing and editing queries and reports.
  • Hands-on experience working in a small IT or business systems team, handling multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-starter attitude.

Preferred Experience:

  • C#/.NET, Blazor development for internal applications.
  • Experience integrating NetSuite, HRIS, and third-party applications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or other automation tools.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure preferably).
