Role: Lead Network Engineer
Location: Owings Mills MD 21117 (onsite role),
Shift: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed from 8PM-6AM
Duration: 06+ months (strong possibilities of extension)
Job details:
Lead Engineer
- Immediate requirement for support and addressing growth of the global Wi-Fi network, including all updates, security vulnerabilities, SSID adjustments
- Support of Cisco ISE – Security Policy management platform
- Data Center Infrastructure, migration of Fabric Path to new data center core, configuration and operation support.
Knowledge and experience with
o MAN/WAN – MPLS, SD-WAN
o Cisco Nexus configuration and operation
o Catalyst 9400 platform – configuration and operation
- Working knowledge of Cisco vPC and practical application for Data Centers
- Responsible for addressing Security Vulnerabilities
- Expert knowledge troubleshooting and supporting various existing platforms
- Support for 802.1x and network segmentation
- Support of migration of services to Cloud infrastructure
