New Business Coordinator (Annuities)

Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a New Business Coordinator (Annuities) for an opportunity with a client located in Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage transfer paperwork and letters of acceptance
• Complete follow-up calls to financial institutions
• Assist with various administrative tasks and support team workflows
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of company structure, products, and services
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to adapt to internal changes and assist team members as needed
• Basic technical proficiency and familiarity with digital tools and processes
