Role: Oracle Cloud Specialist
Location: Tampa FL 33602 / Hybrid
Position Overview:
Responsible for supporting Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM product suites.
JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
- Working knowledge of key business processes including procure to pay, order to cash, payroll
- Experienced in supporting Oracle CLOUD Financials and/or HCM suites
- Knowledge of technology change request processes
- Experience with Kronos/Dimensions, Fast Path/Delinea is a plus
- Proficiency using MS Office Suite
- Proficiency using SQL is a plus
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES

- Provide application support of all assigned applications by troubleshooting problems to determine if they are data, configuration and/or software defect related issues and take appropriate actions to get them resolved
- Partner with business liaisons and technical teams to understand and document requirements
- Record all information related to incidents and problems in call logging software, including vendor provided call logging software
- Perform application configuration tasks as required
- Assist in testing all major releases/updates
- Analyze root cause of problems, recommend resolution and preventative measures
- Performs other duties as necessary.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor’s degree (or higher) and 1-3 years of relevant experience
