Job Title: Delivery Coordinator – Vehicle Distribution
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Possible Extension)
Location: Atlanta, GA 30354 (Hybrid – 2-3 Days/Week)
Pay Rate: $25 – $27.50 hourly on W2

Job Summary

We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator – Vehicle Distribution to support the vehicle delivery program and ensure customers have a smooth delivery experience. In this role, you will work with dealerships, customers, and internal teams to coordinate vehicle deliveries from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries with customers and dealerships.
• Process vehicle delivery orders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle transportation, inspections, detailing, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with customers and dealerships regarding scheduling, delivery status, and special requests.
• Resolve customer and dealership inquiries in partnership with internal teams.
• Support marketing events, dealer training, and other delivery program initiatives.
• Assist with additional vehicle delivery programs as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Automotive industry experience or knowledge is preferred.
• Sales or marketing experience is a plus.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Proficient in MS Suite (Word and Excel)
