Job Title: Plumber Project Manager
Location: St. Petersburg Florida (Onsite 4 days a week), (relocations will be provided to non-locals)
Note: if you are non-local and interested in this role then relocation Charges will be provided by the client
Job Summary:
- The Senior Plumbing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of plumbing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing multiple concurrent projects, supervising teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of multiple plumbing projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.
- Lead and mentor project staff, including project managers, engineers, and field supervisors.
- Coordinate labor and materials to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, addressing changes and resolving issues.
- Ensure adherence to all quality, safety, and documentation protocols.
- Utilize project management software and tools for documentation and progress tracking.
- Support remote project oversight and occasional on-site visits.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in plumbing or mechanical contracting.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and hydronic piping systems in large-scale residential or commercial construction.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Oracle, Accubid, or similar tools preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%).
Preferred Experience:
- Experience managing remote projects with limited site presence.
- Familiarity with document control systems and project lifecycle tools.

- First Round- Telephonic Round
- Second Round- In-person Pannel Interview (if you’re non-local and travel to office for second round interview then in that case flight tickets and accommodation will be provided by the client)
