Principal Systems Analyst

The Expertise You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in systems analysis, with a strong background in software solutions definition and development.
• Demonstrated expertise in systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.
• Proven ability to deliver on complex technology projects.
• Proficiency in creating and modifying reports using OBIEE.
• Strong understanding of the technology and software architecture of applications.
• Willingness to dive into code for analysis and support purposes.
• Experience with other reporting tools like PowerBI and Tableau (a plus).
• Excellent data analysis skills, including querying, profiling, and analyzing data.
• Agile/Scrum experience (required).
• Experience in the Financial Services sector (preferred).
• Understanding of private company equity administration & compensation.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across various business units.
• Knowledge of money transmitters and payment rails
