Job Title: Product Designer (Contract)

Location: United States (Remote)

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team, focused on UX and product design for a cutting-edge AI platform. This role involves designing user experiences, improving existing features, and implementing new updates, simplifications, and optimizations across the platform. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the AI experience, contributing to conversations surrounding AI, and refining its design. As part of this role, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with an extraordinary design leader, making it an excellent learning environment. We’re looking for someone with experience in the tech industry, who thrives in fast-paced environments and can turn complex ideas into intuitive, user-centric designs.

Responsibilities:

• Design User Experiences: Focus on user-centered design principles to create intuitive, seamless interactions and interfaces, while keeping product strategy, design thinking, and language in mind.
• In-Product Language: Create, write, edit, and test in-product language, ensuring it aligns with style guides, industry standards, and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work alongside a multi-disciplinary design team to develop end-to-end user experiences for the AI platform. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, product managers, and developers to refine and build new product features.
• Research & Data-Driven Design: Use research, user feedback, and data insights to guide design decisions and continuously improve the platform’s user experience.
• Design System Implementation: Follow design system patterns and ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across all touchpoints.
• Business & Technical Requirements: Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software components and applications.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure that the design process meets quality, security, and compliance standards for all supported areas.
• Adaptability: Stay agile in an evolving environment, responding effectively to changes and shifting requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in product design, with a minimum of 5 years specializing in UX design.
• Must Require Skills:
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Figma.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with generative AI technologies (both front-end or back-end).
• Proven experience in crafting user-centered designs for complex tech products.
• Desired Skills: A solid understanding of design thinking, accessibility standards, and a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
