Job Title: Program Manager III

Location: Hybrid in in Mountain View, CA 94043

Contract: 6+ Months Contract on W2

Duties:

The Program Manager III is a key member of PDX TPM program team. He / she drives execution on one or more technology or business / process improvement programs within Platform Org.

Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, risk management and performance of company programs. Negotiates and prepares change management plans by considering the financial conditions, resources, and project requirements. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.

Exceptional understanding of change management, ability to connect strategy to execution, highly organized, excellent relationship management and cross-functional collaboration. Drives initiatives and programs forward, reliable resource. Skilled in stakeholder and risk management. 5+ years in program management (not just project management).

Skills:

Experienced Technical Program Management Skills in Infrastructure/Platform : Implementation, Adoption, Migrations
