Job Description:
We’re looking for organized individuals with an understanding of creative processes/workflows that have the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Adobe Workfront experience is a plus, but not necessary for an adaptable Team Member who has experience learning new platforms/processes on the job.

The role description is as follows:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables by implementing strategic project plans.
  • Monitor the project lifecycle from kick-off to delivery by:
    o Ensuring timely completion of tasks.
    o Escalating roadblocks to relevant stakeholders.
    o Thoroughly review of the quality of creative deliverables to ensure they align with brand standards and project goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Creative Teams and project stakeholders.

    Required Skills include:

  • Strong organization skills/attention to detail
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Knowledge of product management software (Adobe Workfront a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
