Job description
Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a Release/Change Manager – (On site in Hoffman Estates, IL) for an opportunity with a client located in Hoffman Estates, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Develops release schedules, prioritizes changes, and manages the release calendar

Ensures changes are properly assessed, documented, and approved according to established processes
- Collaborates with development, testing, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth deployments
- Identifies and mitigates potential risks associated with releases
- Communicates release plans, changes, and progress to stakeholders
- Tracks the progress of releases, monitors post-deployment performance, and generates reports

Manages the use of release and deployment tools, including automation
- Ensures compliance with ITIL frameworks and other relevant standards
Requirements:
- Looking for a Release/Change Manager who previously managed a large cross functional deployment into a SaaS environment + worked/ran a War Room
- Looking for extensive IT application experience, CAB (change advisory board), deployments, roll out code, servers, create a roll back plan, smoke test etc
- SaaS and Salesforce experience needed
- Must be US Citizen based in U.S.
- Looking at Mid-Senior level engineers
