RFP Writer

Join the Marketing Information team at a leading global asset manager, supporting institutional business development through high-quality RFPs, RFIs, and client materials. This is a full-time, temporary position offering exposure to both equity and fixed income strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Compliance, ESG, Sales, etc.) to produce tailored RFPs and marketing materials
• Support sales and consultant relations with complex, deadline-driven requests
• Ensure compliance and consistency in messaging across materials
• Maintain and update the firm’s RFP content database
• Assist with quarterly deliverables and due diligence requests

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of RFP or investment marketing experience within an asset management firm
• Strong understanding of institutional investors and investment products
• Excellent writing, organization, and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; CFA or MBA progress a plus
