Royalty Coordinator I

Job description

Title: Royalty Coordinator

Duration: 03 Months + Extension/FTE

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Par Rate: $24.00 – $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

Assist with preparation of reconciliation summary, detail, and supporting documentation for approval purposes

Manage, track and organize payments, payees and vendor set ups

Assist in oversight of the general rights and royalties email account to ensure that emails are addressed and handled timely

Coordinate preparation stages for generation of monthly/quarterly client sales and royalty reporting

Provide support with catalog research, database ingestion and cleanup

Other Administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

1-3 years’ experience in a finance and accounting role is preferred but not required

Ability to handle multiple projects and deal with tight deadlines

Proficiency with the MS-Office Suite, particularly, outstanding Excel skills (e.g. V-Lookups, Pivot tables, etc.)

Ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing entrepreneurial environment.

Familiarity with the entertainment and/or music industry desired but not required

Experience working in Curve Royalty Systems, preferred but not required
