Job Description
Job Title: Analyst with RWA and AXIOM
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: Long term Contract
Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences:
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent education and related training
– Five plus years’ experience working in a bank or consulting firm
– Knowledge and understanding of BASEL 3 and Capital / RWA reporting
– Direct experience with the Axiom tool
Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:
– Familiarity and understanding with the following reports: FFIEC 031, FFIEC 101/102, and FR Y-9C
– Business analytics
– Some project management experience
– Ability to take direction and then work independently to complete tasks while considering broader implications or necessary additional analysis.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrating the ability to build credibility and trust with all levels of management.
