Salesforce BA

The Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) will manage deliverables throughout the strategic project lifecycle, with a primary focus on Salesforce-related requirements and solutions. The role involves analyzing business challenges and opportunities, identifying needs, recommending solutions, and engaging with stakeholders. Collaboration with key business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), the BA Team Lead, Project Managers, Product Managers, and senior management will be key.
Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Requirements Gathering: Focus on payment processes within Commercial Payment Operations, collecting and defining requirements for Salesforce-based customer and product onboarding.
• Salesforce Configuration: Assess business processes and configure Salesforce features-such as custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports-to meet specific business needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business stakeholders, end users, and departments to ensure Salesforce solutions fulfill business requirements and deliver value.
• Solution Design: Work with Product Managers to develop business cases, define success criteria for Salesforce projects, and conduct design workshops to map current and future workflows.
• Functional Testing: Manage all aspects of Salesforce functional testing, including creating test plans, developing test scripts and cases, handling defect management, and organizing testing training.
• Change Management: Assist in implementing change management processes throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates on testing progress, defect resolution, risks, and escalation issues.
• Documentation and Training: Produce and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and processes, and provide training and support to end users for effective Salesforce utilization.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing Salesforce processes and suggest improvements to increase the platform’s value.
