Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a Salesforce BA for an opportunity with a client located in Newton, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Requirements Gathering: Focus on payment processes within Commercial Payment Operations, collecting and defining requirements for Salesforce-based customer and product on boarding
- Salesforce Configuration: Assess business processes and configure Salesforce features-such as custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports to meet specific business needs
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business stakeholders, end users, and departments to ensure Salesforce solutions fulfill business requirements and deliver value
- Solution Design: Work with Product Managers to develop business cases, define success criteria for Salesforce projects, and conduct design workshops to map current and future workflows
- Functional Testing: Manage all aspects of Salesforce functional testing, including creating test plans, developing test scripts and cases, handling defect management, and organizing testing training
- Change Management: Assist in implementing change management processes throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates on testing progress, defect resolution, risks, and escalation issues
- Documentation and Training: Produce and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and processes, and provide training and support to end users for effective Salesforce utilization
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing Salesforce processes and suggest improvements to increase the platform’s value
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of and shown proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ
- Knowledge of development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements
- Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced atmosphere while managing various requests is needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable applications
- An analytical problem solver who knows and employs all declarative automation and Salesforce ecosystem features
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems, or a closely related discipline is required
- Ability to grasp the requirements of clients from diverse sectors and translate/present those demands into a compelling vision and roadmap for our clients
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence
- Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
