Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, engineer, test, and document infrastructure to support various PC solutions.
  • Provide Jamf macOS support.
  • Manage MS Windows 10 via AutoPilot.
  • Manage MS SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
  • Prepare applications for distribution via client management tools as needed.
  • Provide 3rd level technical support of infrastructure components and support processes for retail deployments.
  • Provide technical guidance to business and IT organizations as required.
  • Create, manage, and deploy custom Windows automated OS images through MS Deployment Toolkit and SCCM/OSD
  • Create, manage, and deploy custom Configuration Profiles (CSP) for Windows client OS through MS Intune (AutoPilot), including support of Azure Active Directory joined devices
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of PC solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation, including procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications: Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or another technical field; OR 8+ years of equivalent work experience in SCCM administration and management.
  • Experience with MS AutoPilot and Windows 10 deployment.
  • Strong understanding of client management tools and processes.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing clients in distributed retail environments.
  • Strong working knowledge with one or more scripting languages – PowerShell, Windows Command Script, Visual Basic Script, Python.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis.
  • Experience interfacing with vendors.
  • Experience working with current application packaging technologies such as Flexera AdminStudio, InstallShield, MS MSIX.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and IT groups.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Working knowledge of PCI requirements.
  • Experience with other enterprise management and application whitelisting tools such as Tanium and Carbon Black.
  • Proficiency in managing macOS systems using Jamf.
  • Experience with SDLC and/or Agile project methodologies.
