Project Description/Job Summary:
- Client is looking for a Sr. Scrum Master to join the Merch Team. You’re joining a multidisciplinary team of product managers, marketers, designers and engineers who create products that hundreds of thousands of people experience every day.
Key responsibility & duties:
- A Sr. Scrum Master’s responsibilities focus on guiding and mentoring teams, improving Agile processes, and promoting Scrum values. They act as facilitators, coaches, and mentors for Scrum teams, ensuring they adhere to Scrum principles and best practices.
“MUST HAVE” Specific knowledge & skills:
- Deep understanding of Scrum principles and practices.
- Managing a jira board for multiples team.
- Generating reports at the end of sprint.
- Understanding of basic testing process, deployment pipelines, development environments.
- Resolve any impairments the team is having during sprint.
- Works hand to hand with dev managers and Product managers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Project Management skills in multiple tools.
Additional Skills and other requirements:
- Scrum master certification nice to have.
Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
Years of relevant work experience: 6+Years
Years of management experience: 6+Years
Certification/License: Nice to have
