Role: Security Analyst

Location: Hybrid role in Pittsburgh, PA

Duration: 12+ months contract with possible extension

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the cybersecurity strategy, focusing on identifying, managing, and reducing cyber threats.
  • Lead internal cyber assessments using industry-based frameworks such as CRI Cyber Profile, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, MAS, and expand cyber risk quantification efforts.
  • Utilize expertise in cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., CRI Cyber Profile, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, MAS) and quantitative analysis tools like ISF’s IRAM2 and FAIR for risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Analyze complex data and provide actionable insights and recommendations aligned with business needs and cybersecurity objectives.
  • Recommend risk mitigation strategies and ensure standards are met in collaboration with the ISD Embedded Control Manager.
  • Identify and escalate high-risk changes for appropriate treatment and resolution.
  • Analyze cybersecurity risks and controls, understanding the financial institution’s unique threat environment and business activities.
