Job description
Role: Marketing Data Analyst
Location: Owing Mills MD 21117 – 3 Days/Week
Qualifications:
- Able to work independently, prioritize and handle concurrent multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Change management skills – experience managing change with cross-functional teams
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Operational and service-oriented mindset
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Tools, with intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Agile framework / Scrum experience
- Process improvement experience
Desired:
- Strong understanding of the marketing content lifecycle
- Experience in Financial Services or related regulated industry
- Experience with Adobe Workfront, AEM Assets, or Seismic.
- Experience with semantic concepts (Taxonomies and Ontologies)
MUST HAVES
Data Analysis
Advanced Excel – Pivots, Vlookups, hlookups, etc.
Process Improvement
Agile / Scrum
PREFERRED
Markting – Campaigns, Branding, Event Management, etc.
AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) / Workfront / Seismic / Any other alternative tools
