? Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

• Open, maintain, and support a variety of account types: consumer, business, CDs, IRAs, Trusts, and Estates
• Ensure all account documentation is accurate and fully compliant with regulations

Customer Service Excellence:

• Deliver an outstanding, personalized banking experience to every client
• Respond to inquiries, solve problems, and proactively maintain long-term relationships

Sales & Business Development:

• Actively cross-sell and promote banking products and services that meet customer needs
• Identify new business opportunities and support branch growth and profitability
• Partner with Treasury Services for RDC, armored transport, and courier services

Compliance & Operations:

• Ensure adherence to all banking laws and internal policies, including BSA and AML
• Process large transactions and supervise when needed
• Maintain accuracy with teller transactions and core system entries

Leadership & Mentorship:

• Train and guide junior team members
• Support the Branch Manager in achieving performance goals
• Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and care

? Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in retail banking (teller and account management)
• Proven ability to manage complex business and consumer accounts
• Knowledge of banking regulations (BSA, AML, Information Security)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and core banking platforms
• Notary Public certification preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Prior supervisory or mentoring experience is a plus
