Service Coordinator

Job Title : Service Coordinator

Work Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Rate: $30-$32/hr.

Job Details :

Interfacing with service area customers for all things service related

For example, if a customer wants to upgrade meter panel or get a meter installed, it will go through the service coordinator

Functions as an liaison to customers to satisfy requirements to run service

Primarily focused around residential, can spill over to commercial

Helps coordinate setting a customer up with power and getting it turned on

Vetting through customer intake calls to assist the Customer Project Representatives

Requirements:

Experience in customer-facing roles on job sites (e.g., plumbing, roofing, utilities).

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and address customer needs.

Excellent soft skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Entry-level project management skills, including time management, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks.

Basic understanding of electricity generation and delivery (from plant to meter), with training provided.

Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new technical knowledge.
