ServiceNow Technical Lead

Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead for an opportunity with a client located in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including work flows, integrations, and custom applications
• Leading development teams, providing guidance to junior developers, and ensuring project success
• Identifying and resolving complex ServiceNow issues, providing technical support, and implementing long-term solutions
• Ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and other relevant regulations
• Maintaining and updating platform documentation, including technical run books and configuration records
• Staying up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, etc.), development tools, and best practices
• Expertise in JavaScript, GlideRecord, API integration, and other related technologies
• Experience with Agile development,SDLC, and Release Management
• Knowledge of ITIL framework principles and practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications
• Recent experience as a ServiceNow Lead / Architect or Security Lead / Architect within ServiceNow
• Large enterprise environment experience with ServiceNow Security and audit/regulatory environment xp
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with identity providers using SAML, OAuth, SCIM, or LDAP
• Working with IDM systems and teams
