Job Title: Specification Writer – R&D
Location: South Florida (Hybrid – Onsite up to twice a week)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Summary:
Client team is looking for a Specification Writer to support product development and ensure compliance in a production environment. This role involves managing product specifications, sample organization, and coordinating product reviews.
Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and maintain detailed product specifications.
• Organize and manage product samples.
• Set up and coordinate product reviews.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure product quality and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Experience with human food or pet food product specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a production environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
