Job description
Job Title: Lead Full Stack Engineer
Location: McLean, VA or Richmond, VA (3 days in a week to be in office)
Duration: 6+ months CTH
Technology Domain: Financial Services Technology
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an Angular Subject Matter Expert (SME), with proficiency in Angular 13 or later.
- Lead weekly deployments and releases, taking ownership of DevOps processes (30% focus).
- Provide agile technical leadership, guiding teams in ceremonies, grooming, and mentoring.
- Utilize AWS services (S3 Buckets, etc.) – AWS certification preferred.
- Contribute to backend development with Java expertise.
- Act as a Full Stack Lead, ensuring accountability, team coordination, and project success.
Required Skills:
- Expert in Angular (version 13 preferred)
- Strong DevOps skills with deployment leadership
- Agile technical leadership experience
- AWS knowledge (certification preferred)
- Proficient in Java for backend development
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in computer science preferred.
