Sr. HRIS Analyst

Seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & HRIS Specialist to manage payroll operations for a 400-employee workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role involves processing payroll, maintaining employee records, collaborating with vendors, and optimizing HR systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in payroll taxes, regulatory compliance, and HR technology, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer payroll processing, tax deductions, and benefits with precision and compliance.
• Ensure payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and regulatory updates are completed accurately.
• Maintain and enhance HRIS functionality, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and reporting needs.
• Work cross-functionally with HR, finance, and external vendors to optimize payroll processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-7+ years in HR, with at least 3 years focused on payroll.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with UltiPro.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage deadlines.
• Technical aptitude with experience optimizing payroll and HRIS systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
