Student Services Project Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Student Services PM to oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of key student services projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the institution’s mission to enhance the student experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage student services projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop detailed project plans, set clear goals, and monitor project progress.
• Work closely with academic departments, student support services, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and successful outcomes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Identify potential risks or obstacles and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruption to student services.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, status reports, and meeting minutes. Provide detailed reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all projects and initiatives are designed to improve student services, increase engagement, and enhance the overall student experience.
• Monitor the effectiveness of student services projects, gather feedback, and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
