Systems Analyst

• The role will involve business requirements review, systems requirements and capability analysis, solution design, and working closely with business partners and the development team
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile team with a focus on continuous delivery
• 5+ years’ experience in a system analyst role
• 3+ years’ experience in the financial services industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• Experience using agile tools such as Jira and Confluence

• 8 years or more total experience in a liaising role working between business users and development teams.
• 3 years as a business systems analyst defining and documenting business processes into actionable items for development teams to execute on.
• Systems analysis and design in a software development environment.
• Prior fintech industry experience
• Jira

• Data modeling skills and tools
• Software development at some point in their career is a plus to understand and liaise with development teams.
• Fast paced Agile environment
