Tax Manager

Job Title : Permanent International Tax Manager

Location: Road Tampa FL 33634 Hybrid

Salary Range : $89,420k – $105,200k Yearly

Join our team as an International Tax Manager and play a key role in overseeing tax compliance across Latin America.

This position reports to the Senior Tax Manager for LATAM and collaborates with our foreign finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns across multiple foreign jurisdictions.
✅ Manage tax accounting processes, including journal entries and tax provisions.
✅ Oversee VAT and withholding tax determination.
✅ Collaborate with external partners on tax documentation and compliance.
✅ Ensure accurate intercompany transactions and transfer pricing documentation.
✅ Identify opportunities to streamline compliance through automation.
✅ Stay up to date on tax law changes that impact global operations.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ bachelor’s degree in accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field.
✔ 7+ years of experience in public accounting or a multinational corporation, with LATAM exposure.
✔ Proficiency in OneSource Tax Provision (TaxStream), SAP, MS Office, and advanced Excel.
✔ Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken).
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
✔ Familiarity with robotics and Alteryx is a plus.
