Utilization Management Specialist
Job description
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates must work EST hours)
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of Utilization Management (UM) experience
8+ years of nursing experience (LPN or RN)
Daily Responsibilities:
Review and complete 30-35 cases per day
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to UM protocols
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have:
MCG (Milliman Care Guidelines) experience
Utilization Management expertise
Active LPN or RN license (MD, VA, or compact state license)
Additional Skills:
Experience with GuidingCare
Strong computer and documentation skills
