UX Content Spec/Strategist

Job Title: UX Content Spec/Strategist

Locations: Minneapolis, MN / Atlanta, GA / Charlotte, NC / Chicago, IL / Dallas, TX / San Francisco, CA / New York, NY / Cincinnati, OH

Duration: 09 Months with possible extension and Conversion.

Rate Range: $52/Hr. – $57/Hr.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Money movement/payment organization, working on a new project/product that launched in the past 2 years, looking at increase activations/participation/adoption of the product – Activation flows, how to get someone unstuck, etc
• Write content, evaluate flows, work as a center point for the work and how it flows through the product
• Work with the designer to figure out where the words fit from a design standpoint
• Partner with a third party that also has their own set of voice/tone requirements
• Take requirements and work with the designer to get them implemented.
• Exp translating brand, voice tone into user experience
• Design system is not fully mature – someone with more experience is going to be able to decipher where to go with the brand voice
• They are not marketing; they are not selling the tool they are selling the use of the tool and making someone feel comfortable with the tool

Job Requirements:

• Need to know Figma – submit their content and pull info from Figma without messing up the visual, Able to set up a “playground”
• Level of exp – minimum 5-10 years
• Concise communication skills
