Onsite Day 1: Hybrid Model: 3 Days Onsite Per Week!

Skills & Experience desired:
Vendor Management Systems (Beeline, Fieldglass, VNDLY, etc) in a Program/MSP Management role
VMS configuration development and implementation experience
Data Integration / API experience
Workday HCM
Contingent Workforce Product support
Agile Methodology including Scrum or Kanban
HR Software and System Product Management.

Responsibilities:
Will partner with Recruiting Managers to identify gaps in technology needs and will design solutions for gaps.
Will partner with Technology teams to deploy these changes.

Qualifications:
Vendor Management Systems (Beeline, Fieldglass, VNDLY, etc) in a Program/MSP Management role.
VMS configuration development and implementation experience.
Previous experience in HR Software and System Product Management.
Prior experience working in an Agile environment.
Experience working with Scrum teams.
Workday Recruiting Module experience.
Talent Acquisition Product support experience.
HCM, Beamery, other Recruiting Technologies experience.
Data Integration / API experience.
Understanding of Regulatory requirements.
Previous Banking/Financial Services experience.
Contingent Workforce Product support experience
