Job Title: Windows Platform Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Windows Platform Engineer to join our team. This role requires deep technical expertise in Windows operating systems, automation via PowerShell and C#, and a strong understanding of enterprise IT systems including Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Active Directory. You will play a key role in OS deployment, platform stability, automation, and security integration in a large-scale enterprise environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineer and support the Windows 11 desktop platform including OSD/OEM RTP (Ready Image To Provision).
  • Perform in-depth Windows Kernel-level debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Develop automation scripts and tools using PowerShell and C# to streamline system tasks.
  • Utilize Microsoft Graph API for systems management and integration.
  • Maintain and support SCCM and Intune environments for endpoint configuration and policy management.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Group Policies, Configuration Profiles, login scripts, and other Active Directory/Entra ID components.
  • Support installation, configuration, and operational maintenance of:
    • Microsoft 365 Suite
    • Modern browsers (Edge, Chrome)
    • Event logging and analysis tools such as Splunk
  • Conduct systems administration activities including capacity planning, performance tuning, and trend analysis in an enterprise environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in desktop OS platform engineering or enterprise IT systems support.
  • Proven experience with:
    • Windows OS deployment (OSD/OEM RTP)
    • Kernel-level Windows debugging
    • PowerShell and C# scripting
    • SCCM and Intune
    • Active Directory/Entra ID and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
    • Microsoft 365 applications
    • Event log analysis (Splunk or equivalent)

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API integration
  • Experience in enterprise-level endpoint security and compliance
  • Ability to document engineering procedures and system architectures
