The goal of this program is to provide support for Account Managers during their first year of selling by providing ongoing mentorship, peer collaboration, and skill development. Through dedicated cohort sessions, focused discussions on best practices (such as time management, research, and messaging), and meaningful activities, the program fosters continuous growth and success.
