Job Title: Experience Design Specialist 4
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 06 Months (With Possible Conversion)
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex initiatives supporting product usability and development teams.
- Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online platforms.
- Oversee strategic design projects influencing company direction.
- Analyze advanced UI design solutions across multiple factors.
- Establish and promote design guidelines and standards.
- Serve as a design advocate, forecasting industry trends and impacts.
- Build relationships within and outside the design community.
- Provide usability support to product teams.
- Lead customer experience strategy for platforms and products.
- Make strategic decisions requiring functional and compliance understanding.
- Present designs and milestones to peers and executives.
- Collaborate to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Recommend ways to reduce friction and streamline digital experience.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Online/Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic or Visual Arts
