Job Title: Sr. IT Accountant

Pay Rate: $45.59 – $49.66/hourly on w2

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Review financial documents and transactions to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and reporting to support informed business decisions.
• Prepare and review annual and quarterly budgets, forecasts, and comprehensive financial reports.
• Develop and implement economic policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate booking of TDS/GST within the Oracle system.
• Provide timely and reliable financial information to support management decision-making.
• Contribute proactively to the overall financial health and stability of the organization.

Education and Experience:

• Strong understanding of recorded loans, SEC, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Experience preparing and presenting financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Ability to analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities, delivering actionable insights to management.
• Ensure organizational compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, accounting standards, and reporting requirements applicable in India.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Expertise in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Skilled in reconciling financial discrepancies through detailed account analysis.
• Experience managing treasury payment issues, including domestic and international payments where applicable.
• Strong collaboration and consultation skills, working effectively with stakeholders across the enterprise.
